La Favière beach in Bormes les Mimosas is ideally situated close to Le Lavandou, between Saint-Tropez and Toulon. All the beaches and bays invite you to discover them. They are a delight at any time of year for sports enthusiasts or those who just want to laze around.

Our accommodations are located on the private “Domaine du Gaou”, surrounded by greenery. The nearest beach is just 200 metres from the accomodations’ gate. Access on foot is easy and pleasant. The private beach “Le Gaou” is 400 metres away. You can park easily and enjoy a drink or meal at the “Club House” restaurant.

You’ll also find the sailing school and a pontoon for docking and launching.

Just 3km away, you can join the cycle path and follow the many beaches of Le Lavandou, including Saint Clair, La Fossette, l’Elephant, Jean Blanc, le Rossignol, Cavalière, Pramousquier, as far as Rayol-Canadel and finally Cavalaire.

For walkers, follow the Sentier du littoral (coastal path ) and their beaches, which are open to the public (with a charge for cars, free for bikes or pedestrians, from April to November): Plage de l’Estagnol, Plage de Cabasson (Fort de Brégançon), Plage du Pellegrin…

Visit the wine producers where you’ll find all the flavours of the Côte d’Azur.

The hilly interior of the massif des Maures also has a lot to offer : la “route des crêtes”, a road to drive off-season, offering marvelous sea views. The village of Collobrières and its chestnut groves, and the Chartreuse de la Verne a monastery to visit, on a beautiful place in the forest.

Take the Vedettes des Iles d’Or ferry from Le Lavandou to the Iles du Levant, Porquerolles or Porcros (book online or at the ticket office in high season). And visit by bikes (for hire) or on foot.
